Delivery Information
All orders are sent via a tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
Same Day Dispatch: Place your order before midday (12:00 PM) for same-day processing and dispatch.
UK Delivery: Typically arrives within 24–48 hours.
Europe: Typically arrives within 2–4 working days.
International (Outside Europe): Typically arrives within 7 working days.
Manage Your Delivery: You can customise your delivery preferences - such as choosing a safe place or rescheduling your delivery time - directly through the DHL tracking link provided in your dispatch email.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your items for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within the 14-day window.
- In original, unworn condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- All original packaging must be included.
