At Maison 49, we want to ensure your order reaches you swiftly and securely. We partner with DHL for all shipments to provide a fully tracked and reliable service from our store to your door.
Delivery Information
All orders are sent via a tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
Same Day Dispatch: Place your order before midday (12:00 PM) for same-day processing and dispatch.
UK Delivery: Typically arrives within 24–48 hours.
Europe: Typically arrives within 2–4 working days.
International (Outside Europe): Typically arrives within 7 working days.
Manage Your Delivery: You can customise your delivery preferences - such as choosing a safe place or rescheduling your delivery time - directly through the DHL tracking link provided in your dispatch email.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your items for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt.
Please note we do not offer free returns and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within the 14-day window.
- In original, unworn condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- All original packaging must be included.
