Delivery & Returns

All UK orders are sent via Next Day Delivery using a fully tracked and insured delivery service.

UK Next Day Delivery is free for all UK orders. Your order will be delivered by UPS. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following business day.

Please note orders placed after 12pm Friday and on weekends will be shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

We deliver to the following European countries using DHL express: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

DHL Express European delivery £15.50 (2 to 4 working days)

Please note that the UK is no longer in the EU and as a result EU customers will be responsible for the duty and taxes incurred.

We deliver to the following International countries: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United States.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to import duty and local taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

DHL Express International delivery £19.95 (2 to 5 working days)

You can collect your order from store if this option is available to you at checkout.

As soon as your order is available to collect you will receive confirmation via email to the email address provided in your order. We are open from Monday to Saturday 10am - 5pm (excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays).

We will hold your order in-store for 14 days. If you fail to collect it within the timeframe then we will cancel your order and refund you the full amount.

We now offer Same Day Delivery to any address within a certain radius to our store in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

To be eligible for Same Day Delivery your Minimum order value must be £250 minimum and your order must be placed before 3pm (excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays). If you meet all this criteria then you will be able to select this option at checkout.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. Please note, We will only accept a return if the item is new and unused. We will not accept any item that shows indication that it has been worn. Items should be returned in the original packaging, all tags should still be attached and the item should show no signs of wear. Shoe boxes should be undamaged as they are also considered to be part of the product. We also cannot accept the return of any undergarments/socks, this is because of hygiene purposes.

Once the item has been inspected and we are happy with it, we will issue you a refund. you will receive a refund confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the refund can take up to 14 days to show in your account.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. You can also return your item to us in-store within 14 days of receiving it.

To submit a return, please contact us on customercare@maison49.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery and we will issue you with a returns reference number and the return documents which you will need to print, fill out and include in your return.
