Delivery & Returns

All UK orders are sent via Next Day Delivery using a fully tracked and insured delivery service.

UK Next Day Delivery is available for all UK orders. Your order will be delivered by UPS. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following business day.

Please note orders placed after 12pm Friday and on weekends will be shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

We deliver to the following European countries:

Please note that the UK is no longer in the EU and as a result EU customers will be charged their country's VAT rate before delivery.

If delivery is refused and we have to recall the parcel, we reserve the right to deduct the incurred return shipping cost from the refund.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to import duty and local taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

You can collect your order from store if this option is available to you at checkout.

As soon as your order is available to collect you will receive confirmation via email to the email address provided in your order. We are open from Monday to Saturday 10am - 5pm (excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays).

We will hold your order in-store for 14 days. If you fail to collect it within the timeframe then we will cancel your order and refund you the full amount.

We now offer Same Day Delivery to any address within a certain radius to our store in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

To be eligible for Same Day Delivery your Minimum order value must be £250 minimum and your order must be placed before 3pm (excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays). If you meet all this criteria then you will be able to select this option at checkout.

We offer a the opportunity to exchange free of charge. Returns for a refund will incur the same cost as the outward shipping cost for your zone and will be deducted from your refund.

We are not obliged to accept any item that shows indication that it has been worn. Items should be returned in the original packaging, all tags should still be attached and the item should show no signs of wear. Shoe boxes should be undamaged as they are also considered to be part of the product. We also cannot accept the return of any undergarments/socks, this is because of hygiene purposes. Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.

Once the item has been inspected and we are happy with it, we will issue you a refund. you will receive a refund confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the refund can take up to 14 days to show in your account.

Refunds on duty and tax for international clients will have to be reclaimed directly from the courier DHL.

Any orders placed between 24/12/2024 - 26/12/2024 will be shipped on 27/12/2024.
