We are delighted to offer our customers the chance to enjoy the ultimate sartorial experience in our store on February 29th 2024.
Zegna’s very own master tailor will be in store to measure clients and display exclusive fabrics for all categories from suits, jackets, chinos, shirts and even knitwear. There will also be exclusive outerwear samples that can be ordered made to measure.
The Brand
Zegna is an Italian luxury menswear brand established in 1910 first as a wool mill before moving into ready to wear and made to measure tailoring. To this day, Zegna still produce some of the finest fabrics in the world sourcing yarns from their own farms in Mongolia, Australia and South Africa.
Despite Zegna’s great success in the luxury leisurewear space today, their tailoring heritage remains with their production being one of the finest in the world with all of the garments being made by hand. Zegna continue to produce tailoring for other leading luxury brands such as Tom Ford and Gucci.
The Process
Upon booking an appointment for the trunk show, you will be made comfortable in our upstairs made to measure area with beverages from our own bar. You will then be able to browse through the seasonal Zegna fabrics at your leisure to find the exact garment your wardrobe needs.
The master tailor will then begin the measuring process which includes taking a series of anatomical measurements and then a fitting using a master garment where changes are made to the sewing pattern, so the garment is cut to the millimetre of your exact specifications.
The order is then sent off to Zegna’s own factory in Italy where the garment is cut and sewn by their artisans and shipped back to the store in 4-6 weeks.
Once the garment arrives, we will have a final fitting in store and any final adjustments will be made in house.
