Nature seems to be asleep in the cold of winter but under the ice it remains alive and throbbing, preparing for spring. Walking at high altitude, on a snowy and silent path, you can perceive the scent of wet pine needles, of frozen resins. A pale sun is reflected in the white immensity, giving a clear sensation of lightness and vitality: the frozen air opens the throat with every breath, giving an energetic and revitalizing effect.
